About The Trip
A Journey Through Assam’s Culture & Wildlife
This journey is designed for travellers who want to experience both the cultural character and natural diversity of Assam.
Begin in Jorhat before travelling towards Majuli Island, where river landscapes, Mishing communities, historic Satras and traditional craft practices offer an introduction to Assam’s living culture.
Continue towards Hoollongapar Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary and explore its dense semi-evergreen forest with local experts while looking for Hoolock gibbons, primates, forest birds and other wildlife.
The journey then moves towards Kaziranga National Park, combining wildlife experiences with tea gardens and the rural landscapes of Assam before concluding in Guwahati.
